At Monue Jewellery, we are committed to offering thoughtfully designed, high-quality jewelry. Due to the handcrafted and often delicate nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at monue.jewellery@gmx.ch. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


Final Sale

All items purchased from Monue Jewellery are considered final sale, unless otherwise stated. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully, including materials, sizing, and care instructions, before placing your order.


Refunds

In the rare event a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original form of payment after the item has been returned and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
